Abstract submission
Guidelines
Before submitting an abstract, check the session list and note the title of the session in which you want to present your paper. In the abstract submission you will find your session title under the correct theme.
We strongly encourage you to contact the session organizer before you submit your abstract in order to explore how/whether your paper idea fits into the session you have chosen.
If you do not find a suitable session, you may consider choosing ‘Open session’. If slots are available, these sessions will be included in the program.
- Abstract must be written and presented in clear and precise English.
The abstract will appear exactly as typed. Therefore, any errors in spelling, grammar or scientific facts will be reproduced as typed. - Abstract title should contain no more than 150 characters with spaces.
Capitalize the first letter of the first word, then lowercase. - Abstract text should contain no more than 300 words (do not include references or keywords). Do not include lists, tables or images.
- We recommend using Word for editing your abstract and counting the number of words.
The easiest way is to paste the title and abstract text into appropriate boxes.
